As all our products are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items. However, we do offer replacements under the following conditions:

  2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item, and we will send the correct item as soon as possible.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement due to damage or defect, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Notification Period: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. Condition of Item: The item must be in the original condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
